today in the morning i updated my zune software and was able to update my zune to the new firmware. but now whenever i click the device icon on the zune software so i could erase or just see what music i have on my zune, it crashes. i was able to add a cd to my zune by dragging the cd to the zune icon but i can't see what's in there so i can erase music. i went to the zune forums on zune.net and there was only one post about it with no reply so i'm now asking here if anybody has experienced the same thing and can help out. i already uninstalled the zune software and installed it again and it didn't fix it.
