I received an error message when I try to buy music using Microsoft Points on my Zune device: I get this message: You need more Points to complete this purchase But when I check my account, I have 1,200 points.
I know I have them as you have billed my credit card for the 1,200 points. In fact somewhere while clicking on things trying to find out what to do, it showed that I had 1,200 points, but it will not work or accept that when I go to Marketplace, pick a song I want to buy and click on purchase, it then tells me I don't have enough points.
