1.Every time I open my zune it gives me an error message saying, “Zune encountered a critical error and needs to close. I follow the instructions to the T but when I try to download the thing it told me to my internet explorer blows up on me.
2. I try to sign in to Zune Marketplace it says “the terms of service have been updated. Before you can sign in you need to view and accept the changed terms. I clicked on the link it gave me I try to sign in to my old account but it thinks my parent’s accounts are my kids and that they are both under aged.
3. My Zune software won’t pickup the Zune device.
