This is my first visit to this site. I find it hard to believe there are no instructions to be had with the zune, even my cell phone has a half inch thick book to instruct use. Support is lacking and frustrating as far as I can tell. All I have seen is "buy" a half hour of support time to use the zune.
I am an old guy with little to no computer knowledge. I got the zune thinking it would be easier to interact with my computer, at first it was.
NOW here is my problem.
At first my zune was fine and has been as I added music to my computer the zune would sync just fine. I just got some new cd's, put them on my computer,( I have an external hard drive which I have instructed Zune to read) I can not get the machine or the software on the computer to sync the new music onto the zune software or the machine. It syncs in about 5 seconds.
Remember, I am a horticulturist, not a computer person.
step by step instructions are good for me.
