i got a new computer, so i installed the zune software that came with my zune. it's the first version of the software, so i tried to update. it says that there are no updates and i am running the most current version. so i went to the zune site to download 3.0 and when i click run, the zune setup pops up and freezes. been like that for three hours. so i tried hooking the zune up to the original version and it wasn't recognized. so i figured i would do a factory restore on the zune since it was used to 3.0 and maybe just needed to start over from scratch. so when i hook it up to the computer (tried all three usb ports) it initiates the setup, asks me to name the zune, then to pick my sync settings, whether to add videos or pictures. i click next and get a pop-up that says i can't change sync settings at this time, and to close or go to web help. web help says to restore the zune, so i do, and it still doesn't work.
can someone please help me? i really love my zune and would like to be able to use it.
