help zune software issues!!!

okay im new to this stupid software bit in my opinion. I have a new 16gb zune.

Before this I used to have cowon's, they have great music quality and there free of software, allowing me to create my own files, and just drag and drop onto my device.

heres my problem, When I put my custom folders (such as top select) which are my personal built up folders from my cowon into my files for zune to read my database collection from, it automatically reorganizes the music into songs, genre, album.... all the standard bullshit....you get the picture. How do i get my folders which were my custom folders to stay intact so I can just transfer them to my zune?

Please tell me theres a way because it will takes me days to sit here pick them out from the song list and add them to a new playlist, thanks

...nope.  No method exists for maintaining a disorganized filesystem outside of keeping them /out/ of the zune folder.

can the zune software be moded in any way of can i flash the zune to use a different software?

No.  Such will immediately void your warantee (which you'll be damn glad to have in the future).  It's not hard to just make playlists like anyone else who switches to new software.  Try using the auto-playlist generator.
