frozen zune wont turn on at all

i have tried and tried to turn my 80gb on i got it off the site it just one day turned off but it was fully charged but i got it to work again but this time it wont turn on at all no matter wat i do wat do i do to get it to work again helppppppppppppppp

Steps I would follow:

1) Make sure the hold switch is not "On"
2) Make sure the Zune is fully charged.
[INDENT]a) Move the USB plug to another port[/INDENT]
3) Reset the Zune
[INDENT]a) Press and hold the Back button while holding the Down on the Zune Pad[/INDENT]
4) Call Tech Support
