different vid. formats=faster sync??

have you tried AVS Converter, I would recomend the AVS Converter . The layout is much better.It appears that both programs will convert the same type of files to just about anything.

No, usually if you rip a dvd, it may be in the wrong format, so the zune program converts before it syncs, taking much longer. If its already formatted, then you can just sync straight away.

i noticed on a particular video i had downloaded that it didn't even take half as long as it would take to sync a dvd i ripped wich had me wondering if theres a certain video file format that would sync onto my zune much quicker than others. has anyone had this happen to them?? later i tryed converting some of the video i had ripped into mpeg4 and m4v format and converted them to wmv (wich was the type of file format that had sync way quicker) but resulted in taking just as long as my usual video syncs. so does anyone know if there are certain formats that would sync faster onto my zune?? :?
