cucusoft error when trying to convert

I was getting the same error - I just went to CucuSoft's website and downloaded the latest version of the software - I am converting a movie from DVD right now - it's working!

I get the exact same error on mine can someone please help?

Boy you got that right - Zune software sucks big time - forget videos - it should jump in and inhale everything that plays on Windows Media Player yet Zune does not even know it exists - this is MS biggest failure ver - I'm scraping this piece of junk and spending money on an IPod because guess what - IPods actually work - screw this garbage device

I just upgraded my PC and have several problems with CuCusoft following the upgrade, although previously had it working consistently well on my daughter's Sony Vaio laptop. I had two error messages when I fired up my new PC (Vista Premium, ATI Graphics card, 3Ghz Intel Processor & 4gb RAM), firstly 'Rebuild Graph failed', and just recently 'Exception in EncodeDlg'. The first went away, I suspect after some driver upgrades had automatically been installed. Then Cucusoft worked fine for a week or so, and then I got the ' .. EncodeDlg' error. I fixed this by installing the 'WECP Codec Package' from the Cucusoft website (free download). BTW I tried several converters prior to Cucusoft, and I reckon it is best for Zune video conversion. Fingers crossed it works reliably from now on ..

I get this error message "Exception in encodeDlg!" when I select the DVD that I am going to convert.  I've tried several different disc and I get the same error.  Does anyone know what is causing this or how I might fix it?  It was working fine, but now I'm not sure what happened.
