Not Yet Rated Zune just died on me. O.O

I would return it if I could, but it's a bit of a problem getting there. There's a big highway between me and the store. -_-; If it wasn't for the highway, I could've walked there....T^T

Well, at first, it started to slow down. And then it stopped working. It seems like it's completely broken, but I don't know. When I connect it to the computer.... - computer doesn't recognize device - stops charging (I think) and shows a screen like "contact support" - stays like that until I disconnect it I don't know why it's like this or how it got like this. If there's someone out there who can help, that'd be soooooo great.
