I tried various links that can be accessed through the "Zune" software and "Social" and the best I could find was to reset the Zune. However, as virtually everyone else is experiencing, it isn't working. If you try to do an online repair request and the Zune is out of warranty, as mine is, then your credit card will be charged. I left my Zune charging on a home docking station that I got for Christmas and got up this morning to use it and have the loading screen locked up same as everyone else. If anyone finds a remedy, PLEASE POST.
My wife has a new 4 GB Zune and it is fine this morning. My Zune is the first generation 30 GB. Looks like there is an ongoing problem with that one and larger Zune players. I agree with an earlier post that Microsoft may have something built in to either have us pay for repairs or purchase a new one.
