The sole reason I bought my Zune's (on my third) was the software. I absolutely hated the apple software that the ipod uses. I liked the usability of the Microsoft software and how I could download all the free songs in the world without fail. Well with the new version of software Microsoft has put out I have become extremely frustrated and pissed. I will try to address my issues one at a time.
-I can not even sink my zune to my work computer any longer. It will not recognize that I have a Zune connected and gives me an error message everytime I start up the program. C00D11CD
-I can no longer drag songs to a specific play list. The new program forces me to add the songs to my library and then transfer them over to a play-list. This is a huge step backwards. I don't have time to search out the songs that I added. I just want to make a play-list and be done. Eff it's annoying.
-My Zune is shutting off alot. Every time I jump or spin (i use this thing while snowboarding mind you) it shuts off. I don't know if it is just going dead or what. Do you think I could get it warrantied? I think it is a product defect seems how they market snowboarders.
