Not Yet Rated Zune Frozen on "Zune" screen

Join Date: Nov 24, 2008 Post Count: 1   bunker17 User Options View All Posts By bunker17 View bunker17's Stats     My 8GB Zune was playing fine today, until I hit the "back" button.  It restarted, and was playing again.  I hit the "down" button to lower the volume and "poof", it shut down and was stuck in the "Zune" loading page.  I let the battery die, hoping hooking it to the computer would clear it up, but it just flashed the low battery symbol, then went back to being stuck on the "Zune" loading page.  Help!

Join Date: Nov 26, 2008 Post Count: 1   allaninsdus User Options View All Posts By allaninsdus View allaninsdus's Stats     I have had similar problems with my 30gb zune (about 1.5 yr old).  I'm thinking it may be the battery-- did you leave your zune plugged in to allow for a full charging?  Once I get a complete charge, it will return to normal.  Just scanning the posts here, it seems that bad battery is often the problem when zunes start acting up.

Join Date: Jan 01, 2009 Post Count: 1   tarisa1 User Options View All Posts By tarisa1 View tarisa1's Stats     I FIXED MINE!! ok, this is wat i did i let the battery drain. then charged it up still it didnt work so i let it die again for 24 on a full charge and plugged it into my laptop to let it recharge for a second time and it worked!! idk try it i guess worked for me!
