Signing into Zune Marketplace? - Yahoo! Answers Marketplace errors - C00D12D7 Zune pass,not using a zune pass, C00D11D0 [Solved] (this second one looks most helpful)

My family has two accounts because I, the primary Zune user am only 15, and when I registered I needed to create a parent account. My parents bought me a zune subscription, but it doesn't show up on my/the child account [egl_goddess[at]neomail[dot]com / Handle = Nyxiaus] I have a screen cap : This is me trying to sign into the parent account [the one which I am on now]. Have any of you experienced this problem? I really want to use my subscription, but this keeps happening. Thank you for your time, Rink / Nyx Edit: I was not trying to burn, sync, or do anything with a song, but I was just trying to sign in. PostEdit: I tried imputing the email and password manually [ I had it saved to automatic] but the same thing happened. I have tried going to the marketplace homepage and signing in, and going to the settings page, and it still gives me the freaking error. >.<

I was thinking about deleting the 1st account, because when I linked my zune it wanted my d.O.B And I'm 15 so I had to create two accounts. I'm going to call serivce tomorrow also. Not being able to sign-in or buy zune points really make the Zune experience less than favorable. When I try to sign it, I get a message that I have no Internet connection. that is totally absurd. Here I am surfing the next on my road runner account, which has been in place for YEARS.
