Unabel to install Zune software-*

I have tried to install the Zune software but continuosly get error messages not allowing me to install the software despite trying to re-install the software updating and everything recommended to install zune software.

The error message that I get when trying to install zune software is Could not write value Zune Launcher to key

\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurreeentVersion\Run.  Verify that you have sufficient acccess to that key, or contact your support personell.  Error code:0x80070643
