This is just a complaint; I had problems with my Zune a couple of months ago and called into the support center. After staying on the phone with them for over an hour, the representative finally concluded my Zune could be repaired. I also had problems with the earbuds. He told me to send in my Zune and I would receive my replacements. Every time I called inquiring where my device was, I had to explain the entire story to someone who did not speak very good English. Every time I stayed on the phone, mostly on HOLD, for over 25 minutes per call with no one being able to tell me anything except it was in the service center. I still have not recieved my new device and am very irritated with a company that apparently does not think Service after the Sale is important. And I have nothing against people from other countries but would like to speak to someone who is fluent in English so I can at least convey my questions and get a response I can understand.
I like the product itself but after this ordeal, will not recommend this product to anyone else mainly because of these issues.
