I have installed the 3.1v of the software on a vista 64-bit system. the problem i am having is after i install the program it will not start, the "prosessing circle" comes on for about two seconds and then nothing. i have installed, un-installed, and re-installed (including all reg keys) at least 7 times and i get the same thing everytime. the install of vista 64 was a clean start to this HD. I dont know if it makes a difference but the version showing on my zune is 2.3. I dont have the disk for the 2.3 all i have is 1.1 and that is not compatible with a 64-bit system. PLEASE HELP
