I had a huge vista failure, and lost the entire hard drive.   My family photo's survived cause they are on my zune,  but nothing will allow me to restore them to my pc.  the pics are on the zune and they work, but they don't apear in the zune software ... just an empty box with a 45 in it, but the pics won't show, and if I try to drag to the pc them I get a do not enter symbol.  Why the hell did microsoft decide that I can't share my media ... not even with myself.

Join Date: Jan 09, 2009 Post Count: 1   SandiMac User Options View All Posts By SandiMac View SandiMac's Stats     I must be dumber than a bed post.  My Zune 3.1.620.0 version of the software does not look like your screens.  I guess it is like pscott661 states, it is window media player.  Any clue on how it is supposed to work in the Zune software.  Under help they have some very lame instructions and I can't get that to work.  Help.

Not trying to hijack the thread but... I'm a new user and still trying to learn how "to make it work". What is a "Zune 2"? I have a Zune 8GB. A new one, just bought it. Is it a "2"? Also, what is "sync" or "syncing". I think if I knew I could probably figure out what "reverse syncing "is. LOL thanks
