Is there a way to remove the factory videos/songs/pictures that ship with the Zune?

Maybe I am missing something so I need some help.

You should be able to view the contents of your zune through the software and remove them from there.

You can delete through the Zune software while you're connected. Remember to delete from Zune & PC as well.

I just bought a Zune 80 and i also want to know how to remove the pre-loaded content....none of it is visible through the Zune software....perhaps this has changed since this thread was authored......how do I find it to delete it?

There are a bunch of photos there as well as a few videos...

In your Zune software, go to the Device tab at the top.  From there, just go to Videos, Pictures, and Music and you SHOULD see them listed there. Just delete them.

If not you can go to the folders they are in (i.e. the Zune folder) and just erase them off your computer.

If all else fails, 'remove all content' from the Zune and then put your stuff back on.
