Problem with Zune and need help

Also try rebooting the Zune. It may be a firmware driver that corrupted and rebooting will often fix these little problems.

Rebooting the Zune:

Hold the Back button (the left-most button, the one with the arrow pointing left) while pressing upward on the control pad

I got my wife the smallest Zune for Christmas since she only uses it when she walks the dog and the only feature she uses in the FM Radio. Here is the problem, when she starts the Zune and goes to Radio nothing happems. You have to exit out of the FM Radio selection, go to a completely different choice (for example Music) get that to play and then go back to the FM Radio and it will work. Has anyone ran into this problem and knows how to fix it?
