PC wont let me log into my zune account

If it won't let you sign in, I suggest downloading the program zSuite (newest version) and following directions to make it so your Zune syncs with Windows Media Player 11.

i dont know why i cant login. i have tryed everything i can think of, if there is a PC genious out there, please let me know if there is something i can do to allow me to login to my account so i can update my sync and listen to my tunes. thanks
