My v2 zune has not been responsive at all for about a week. Today I connected it via sync cable to my laptop and it finally started charging. I added a few albums to it while it was charging. About an hour later, charging looked almost complete and the screen went black again. It is back to not responding what so ever. I have connected it to the computer, which does not even recognize that there is something connected to it. I have tried rebooting, toggling the lock switch, updating software, but the screen remains black. HELP! I need music!
