Not responding

i KN0 WUT UR TALKiN AB0UT!!i HAD MY ZUNE SiNCE DECEMBER[[CHRiSTMAS PRESENT]]AND AT FiRST iT STARTED LiKE FREEZiN UP.i TRiED 2 UPDATE iT BUT iT DELETED ALL 0V MY S0NGS,0VER 400!!!AND iT WANT ALL0W ME 2 PUT THEM BCK 0N THERE!!iTS USELESS!AND BATTERY STAYS L0W!!>=[

My sister just had a brown Zune. :clap: She's been having this persistent problem wherein after pressing and holding down the play/pause button, it "turns-off" but would stop responding even if plugged into a USB port. She has to wait for at least 6hrs before she can get something about the player but when she does, she just gets the Battery drained error. She's really very frustrated with this that she does not bring the zune with her. Which defeats the purpose of a mobile device. I have just now tried the back+down button and am observing how it goes. If you have any inputs on this, I would really appreciate it. Thanks! :surrender:

I was hoping that pressing back+down key would do it...but alas, it still failed!!! what happened was, when i got home...it would not respond again...i plugged it into my laptops USB port - NADA! :wacko: thought that the power the port may be giving was not enough, so transferred to a diff port and used AC adapter, still no go. :hang: btw the wifi for the zune has been off since i've learned about it - 2weeks ago. :confused: when i woke up today, i decided to give it another try...i pressed and held down to the play/pause button for 5secs and viola!!! - LOW BATTERY icon!!! :excl: i am really ready to have this thing shipped back to best buy/microsoft but am hoping that its really just something simple...some more info about the zune:

I think the songs which u had in your Zune, are not original . If you have the original songs,then they will never be formatted. This is Microsoft new policy to remove PIRACY from world.As far as your battery concern, do get charge that full so that it will not die in between.
