New to Zune

I bought a Zune and it's been easy to use. I've been able to add music from CDs and delete whatever I didn't want. So far so good. I do have one question. I thought when I plug it into the computer it automatically syncs the music on my computer to the device if it's set that way. I have lots of music on my computer that the Zune doesn't notice. How do I drag music files from "My Music" to the Zune collection?

Same problem here! I ripped many of my cds using windows media player, and some wont sync with the software, any HELP PEOPLE???

Your music files formats should be:

• Protected .WMA files purchased via Zune's marketplace)
• .MP3 (unprotected)
• .AAC (unprotected)
• .WMA (unprotected)
