So i have a 30gb black zune and i've been putting alot of uploaded videos on my zune from youtube. So after about two of uploading 4 to 5 times a week my zune's screen went blank, so when i reset it the connect to pc screen came on. SOOO when i did i needed to update a firmware or something before i could continue using it, so i did and it ereased allll my content from my zune!!!! EVERYTHING!!!!! but the updating was done on another computer not the one i normally use... so when i tried to resync everything back to my zune and error message keeps coming up saying that i something is wrong and that i should try to disconnect then connect; which ive done multiple times and everytme i do the same message has come up again and again ive done everything from resetting my computer to completly turning it off for hours. Although I haven't uninstalled and reinstalled the zune software for fear of losing all my downloaded items. Im the only one who uses that computer for zune so I really dont know whats going on... Its kind of sudden because before it was working fine when just downloaded music, which was rarely, but i was still a little slow but no biggie. But now its just broken... PLEASE HELP ME!!!! iI want my zune back!!!! ^_^ anything would be helpful
