I went to plug up my Zune and nothing happened. The screen stayed black. After a few minutes, the Zune sign came on and the zune made a clicking sound from inside. It did that for a couple of minutes the a "5" came on the screen and said contact support. I have tried everything with the Zune. A big battery symbol comes on the whole screen with a ? in the middle or a ! in the middle....Some please help me.. I have the 30 gig
