Guess my problem is pretty fundamental... One day (today), my Zune simply stopped working. It is one of the earlier models and I bought it pretty soon after it was released, so I assume the warranty period is long over.
But what happened is just bizarre: first some pounding noises from inside the device, then.... all went dark. Tried all the usual quick fixes, and none of them work. Now I have an expensive paper-weight.
Am I alone here? Is it just me? I promise I did not drop it in the bathtub or run it through the spin cycle of the clothes dryer. Maybe it dislikes my music choices.
Oh well, back the walking around in the real world!
