Dear all. I am Japanese. ZUNE is not sold in Japan. But I love ZUNE. It asked the friend in the living in the U.S. and ZUNE was bought for me.
I installed ZUNE software, and connect ZUNE HD 32 to my PC. ZUNE software show the message "ERROR DURING PLAYER UPDATE","Your player has encountered an error while trying to update to the latest software. Please try to update your player again."
"SUMMARY An unknown error occurred","ERROR CODE C00D11CD(80070057)"
Please give the hint of the solution to me.
