They used to have lots of public domain books, videos, music, art, and more to download and use for free. A lot of classics. I don't know about audiobooks, though.

Sharing unlicensed copyrighted material is not, and is not anywhere in the world. Most governments look the other way when it comes to citizens violating the laws of other countries, though. And really, we have better things to worry about.
