I got my Zune last year and have never been able to use it properly. My computer was too slow. I have a new computer, tried to install the software, at the end of it all I click the zune icon on my desktop and i get an error that directs me to a website to fix my problem and my problem isn't listed on the website. I even uninstalled the old software that came on the disk with my zune and tried to install the new software on the zune site. That didn't work. What can I do????
