First of all, welcome to all the new users that have joined since Christmas, we are growing at an amazing rate.  A lot of users joined to voice there opinions (*ahem* complain *ahem*) about the Z2K (aka FroZune) issue that many of you experienced.

hey i helped a whole bunch of people on here as well as 20+ people on youtube to fix their zune's right before they were about to smash them into little pieces.  so maybe i could get some free headphones?  idk just a suggestion haha
