Getting things off my Zune!

Well, firstly, I love the Zune, I just got it today, and I LOVE everything about it. Well, I added songs, deleted, no problem. However, if we go to my about on my Zune, it says there are 9 videos...although under the video section, it says 0 items. What could these be? There are no podcasts and only the pictures Zune gives, I have 50 pictures and 808 songs, all fine, but what are these nine videos! Help would be greatly appreciated in getting rid of these if possible?

They are added when the Zune is shipped. You may need to do a hard delete, remove the content from the Zune (completely) to remove them.

First to go Zune (software) choose Settings > Device > Erase All Content

If this doesn't get rid of them then you need to do a hard reset with delete.
Set the Hold switch to unlocked.
Press and hold the Back button Back at the same time as you press the top of the Zune pad.
If you have a Zune 4 GB, Zune 8BG, or Zune 80GB, immediately press and hold the Back button Back at the same time as you press the right side of the Zune pad and the Play/Pause button. Continue to hold these buttons until the Zune device restarts and you receive the following message:
Clearing contents. Please wait.
If you have a Zune 30GB, immediately press and hold the Back button Back at the same time that you press the right side of the Zune pad and the center of the Zune pad. Continue to hold these buttons until the Zune device restarts and you receive the following message:
Clearing contents. Please wait.

I did the hard reset, it worked...thanks a lot
