To everybody with a issue

I just called zune support and they were awesome at fixing my problem. There is no charge for the call. I told them I would post how to fix the problem but they said to tell you guys to call them and let them walk you through it. The zune works now I thought it was a goner.

There's a couple possible solutions:

1) You really are low on disk space - how much free space do you have on your c: drive?  If not much, delete unneeded files (empty your recycle bin, etc.)
2) Occasionally users have gotten this error when they have plenty of free disk space.  I haven't experienced it myself, but one solution I've heard is to allow your Zune battery to completely drain and then plug it in and retry it.

Good luck!
