Does Zune update Podcasts subscribed too?

HI, Zune is not downloading the most recent episode of a podcast I subscribe too. Can someone tell me why or if it's supposed to automatically do that? Is there a setting I've missed somewhere? By the way, there is a yellow circle with an exclamation mark on the icon for this podcast. Why? How do I find out what that means? Thanks everybody, this is only my second full day with my zune.

Generally, you get these errors for one of 3 really good reasons:

1) You forgot to turn on your internet/forgot to pay your bill.  I've had this happen.
2) The feed is down! (don't panic, they'll fix it.)
3) Your podcast has gone dark.  (Panic, this means it won't be fixed.)


If those are /not/ the reason for your podcast failing to update, you have a larger problem.
