Last week I was listening to my zune when it became unresponsive. I reset it, and the screen said "Deleting all content please wait." When i got home I connected my zune to my computer and it showed that there was 21GB used from "other computers". I'm assuming that the 21GB is from my content that the zune "deleted", I need to know how to either delete that 21Gb of data or completely reset the zune, and I've tried moving the "reserved space" to zero and it didn't work.
