Cannot Create new playlists in Zune.

I was having some problems with my software crashing.  (a DRM issue), I have resolved that by deleting the files INSIDE the DRM folder.

C:/ProgramData/Microsoft/Windows/DRM 

I tried several other things first but this was the answer to my problem.  Zune software now runs with my device ... BUT... now there is a new problem that I cannot even seem to find a solution to.

When I try to create a new playlist... by clicking on the "new playlist" button ... or by going through my little playlist page and choosing option "new playlist"... things look normal at first... the new playlist screen pops up... but when I enter a name for my new playlist and hit enter I get a message that says ... " The name (insert anything) is not valid, Please choose a different name"... this happens no matter what I choose as my playlist name. 

Does ANYONE know how to fix this problem.  I have searched the web and also specifically the Zune site with no success in fixing my problem.

Stpe 1 Download and install the DRM Removal Software

Stpe 2 Run the software and click "Add…" button to load WMA or M4A, M4B, AAC, WMV, M4P, M4V, ASF files
