I bought a Halo Limited Edition Zune the other day, and picked it up last nyt. Spent around 3 hours trying to get it to work. Then I got that beautiful error msg: Unknown Error Code C00D11CD. Won't transfer my music on to it.
I was told to format the Zune to fix this.
Problem with that: I HAVE ALL THE HALO EXTRA CONTENT!!!
So I managed to get the soundtracks and the videos off the Zune. But all the pictures won't show up in my Zune software so I can't copy them. I paid good money to get the Halo edition (cos Im a nerd >.<
and now they want me to delete all my extras.
Please help!
I need to know. Is there any easy way to fix that C00D11CD msg? And how can I make my device pics appear in Zune software?
