Any ideas please

Everytime I try to open my software I get the following code for anyone who understands it. The only thing that has happend recently is that the battery went flat. I have un and re installed but no luck.  I have installed the software on my husnads pc which is fine but the Zune will not sync with it. Any ideas would be gratefully received otherwise I have lost a good friend in my Zune. As per some of the postings I have read  it is now on charge on the adapter.

That's an unhandled exception in the program, so it's hard to say exactly what's going on there.  If you are a programmer, you could attach a debugger and see what it's doing, but I'm assuming you're not. 

So if it did work before, you might first want to try Unzoone to fully remove all traces of the Zune software and then try reinstalling.  If that doesn't work, you could try this KB article - this has cured some users' crash-on-start problems before.

It's a generic error, so I'm afraid I can't give you any other specific solutions, but good luck

Cheers for the help but no good so far. I am not getting the message now ,the software just wont open. I checked out the kb article but I dont think it applies to me as I am in Spain and as yet the Marketplace is unavailable in my area. It looks like I have a dead Zune which i such a hame as I was having great fun with it. I thought about restoring my pc back to before I got the zune but I cant see how you can go further back than 2 months and I need to go back to january. If not I suppose I will have to take the pc in and get it debugged etc.

Just to let you know its not ideal but now got my zune working on my husbands pc so its manageable and useable again ( for now I think ) thanks for all your help . Still dont know why its not working on my pc, maybe when the service is available in spain i can ask them.
