Hi, I'm happy to be joining the site. I'm hoping to connect with some "like" minds on the Zune scne and get some good tips on how to maximize my use of the Zune. I've had my Zune 30 for about 3-4 years and only recently started having problems with it. I went through the freezing issue New Years and had been fine since then until a couple of weeks ago.
So in addition to learning some things, hopefully I can get some answers to my issues. Out of fear, I went out and bought the Zune 80, but can't get my Zune software to recognize it either !!!
So this is an intro and a cry for help all in one.
