The Zune Community: Help With Anything
One of the greatest features about the Zune by Microsoft is the Zune Community Forum. The Zune was designed to be a social device. You can share music, podcasts, pictures, and more with the Zune. Sometimes there are glitches. This could be with the software, firmware, or other problems. The Zune Community Forum is there to help.
The Zune Community Forum has many different sections. You can choose from tips and tricks, setup and installation issues, the wireless and synchronization aspects, and much, much more. There is a section devoted to the Zune Marketplace. Another section is devoted to what the consumer wants.
Under the heading “wishlist” there are several sections; software features, hardware features, the social, the marketplace and Zune pass. This is where the Zune community can express their own ideas of what features should be added, changed, or done away with. The Zune user has a voice.
There are sections on the Zune Community Forum for podcast discussions, music and video discussion and more. Just about anything you want to know about the Zune is here. If you need to know how to do something the message boards are full of suggestions. Other users who have been successful will usually tell how they managed it. You can bet someone somewhere experienced the same thing.
The best thing about having it's own community is that Zune offers the ability to learn with others about the new features. It is almost like having your own tech team right on your desktop. No matter what problem a Zune user has faced, there is probably another one who has had the same issue. This means problems can usually be solved quickly by taking the advice of the users on how they solved the issue.
The Zume Community Forum boasts 215,846 users. That is a lot of support and help when you need it.
